The Spanish Language Course

You will learn Spanish through a wide variety of fun and engaging methods of interaction with the language.  Totalling 74 hours of Spanish instruction, the course includes:

• 36 hours of Spanish grammar instruction on the beach of Mazunte.
• 18 hours of Spanish conversation practice at Punta Cometa.
• 10 hours of conversations in boat tour with explanations by marine biologist in Spanish and English, and explanations by anthropologists during the trip.
• 10 hours of ceremonies conducted in Spanish, with English translation and explanation before and afterward, and conversation practice in Spanish.

In addition, you will gain valuable immersion practice throughout your 17 days on the Journey, playing sports and games, interacting with local residents, and continually receiving support and assistance from your instructors and assistants on the Journey.
